1. The Nature of Our Service
Arcazn offers cultural readings, hand-crafted talismans, and, for our Studio Proxy Ritual, an artisan cultural ritual performed by our in-house atelier team. All content is offered for cultural exploration, mindfulness, and entertainment. Nothing on this site is professional financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice, and no religious or supernatural outcome is promised.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our services are highly personalized, our refund policy is structured around the ritual and creation phase:
- Before Ritual Initiation — If you cancel before the Studio Proxy Ritual has been performed or the creation phase of your custom piece has begun, a full refund will be gladly provided.
- After Ritual Initiation — Once the studio ritual has been performed, the AI interpretation has been generated, or your personalized piece has entered production, all sales are final, except in cases of proven technical failure or failure to deliver.
- Ready-to-ship pieces (non-personalized) — May be returned unworn and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, per our Returns policy.
3. Respectful Conduct
Arcazn is a sanctuary for cultural exploration. Users agree not to use our services to solicit harm, make medical diagnoses, or engage in any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate service and withhold refunds for users who violate these principles.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcazn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our content. Our ultimate goal is to provide a meaningful and inspiring experience.
5. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD and exclude local taxes unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
