Ready-to-ship pieces, returned unworn in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Not eligible
Custom and personalized pieces (engraved, sized to order, name pendants, intention-personalized items), and any Studio Proxy Ritual, AI interpretation, or intention-setting service already initiated. Each is created uniquely for you — see Terms of Service, Section 2.
How to return
Write to hello@arcazn.com with your order number. We'll send a tracked return label.
Damaged on arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge — simply send us a photo within 48 hours.
